Notice <br />' is h~reby given that the Ramsay City Council <br />= will meet at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 26, <br /> 2000, to pass upon the proposed assessment <br />: for ·Improvement .Project #00-05, which is the <br /> Bituminous overlay Reill~y Estates Addition: <br /> The amount to be specially assessed <br />against any particular lot, piece or parcel of <br />land is $669~90. Affected property owners <br />ma);, at: any time I~etween September 27' and <br />November 3, 2000 (prior to certification of'the <br />assessment to the Anoka County Additor), pay <br />· ~thE' entire assessment on such property with <br />'ititerest accrued to the date.of payment,;to the <br />City of Ramsay. This <br /> procedure will be repeated with_each <br /> witness until neither side has further <br /> questions. <br />2) After the City has presented all its evi- <br /> dence, the objector may call witnesses <br /> or. present such testimony as the objec- <br /> tor desires. The same procedure for <br /> <br /> · questioning of the City's witnesses will <br /> be followed'with the objector's wit; <br /> nesses. S of the R'~msey City Code, <br />When a deferment of. the special assessment <br />has been granted'and is terminated'for any <br />reason provided in these laws, all amounts <br />acdumulated, including applicable interest, <br />will be duB.
