Notice- <br />is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council <br />will meet at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 26,. <br />2000, to pass upon the proposed assessment <br />for Improvement Project #99-63C, which is the <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. Sewer and Water <br />Extension. <br /> The amount, to be specially assessed <br /> against 'any particular lot, piece or parcel ol <br /> land is $27,936.00. '.'~ <br />Under Minnesota Statutes, Sections.435.193 <br />to 435.195, and Ramsey City Code Chapte,( <br />4.60.18, the City Council may defer the pay- <br />ment of this special assessment for any pe~ <br />son(s) that fit the guidelines listed in Section <br />4.60.18 Subd. 5 of the Ramsey City Code, <br />When a deferment of the special assessment <br />has been granted, and is terminated for any <br />reason provided in these laws, all amoun~'~ <br />accumulated, including applicable interes.t,~ <br />will be due.
