CASE <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROPOSED STREET NAME CHANGE IN <br />ESTATES OF SILVER OAKS; <br /> CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Asst. Comm. Dev. Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />After the plat of Estates of Silver Oaks (formerly Marigold Ponds) was recorded, Staff <br />noticed that the are some inconsistencies with the street names in the immediate area of <br />the plat that do not conform with the Anoka County street name system. <br /> <br />Specifically, 162"d Avenue NW within Estates of Silver Oaks subdivision should be <br />changed to '162nd Lane NW. <br /> <br />a. Site location map <br />b. Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />Property owners in the immediate area were notified. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As this plat was just recorded and no permits have been pulled for lots on 162"d Ave., <br />there will be no impact to property owners. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends conducting the public hearing and introduction of the proposed <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember <br /> to introduce the proposed ordinance to change the street name of 162"0 Avenue <br />NW within Estates of Silver Oaks to 162"d Lane NW. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />Com.
