CASE # 3 <br /> <br />REJECT PETITION FROM PONDVALE RESIDENTS <br /> By: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer II <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City received a petition from Pondvale Residents for a feasibility study for a water and <br />sewer project on a portion of 150th Lane and Helium Street. The petition was brought to the <br />January 24, 2006 City Council Meeting. Council directed staff to contact each of the residents <br />with the message that the residents would be responsible for the cost of the feasibility study <br />update if the project is not constructed. Staff contacted each of the residents and discovered that <br />there was one original signature on the petition, the remainder were added based on phone <br />conversations between the residents.
