Petition for feasibilit~ study of water and sewer proiect for a portion of <br />150th Ln. and Helium St. of Pondvale Estates in Ramsey <br /> <br />We the undersigned would like to move forward with a feasibility study for a water and <br />sewer project for a portion of 150th Ln. a.ud Helium St. <br />The City of Ramsey has a developer, GM Homes, planning a project, just north of the <br />existing end of Helium, up to the south side of Alpine Blvd. <br />At this time water and sewer extensions end at the property line of 5600 150~ Ln. It <br />appears that the new developments water and sewer will end at the edge of the existing <br />Helium St. That leaves approximately 800' of water and sewer lines to fie the 2 projects <br />together. This would open up an additional 11 to 13 lots depending on how the 2 Lots on <br />Helium St. (Leikas and Asmusson) a.re handled. <br /> If there would be any reason for the city to find advantage doing this project, including <br /> water, sewer or drainage issues~Please use these in defense of this proposed project. <br /> The,~)'~;Me~s of Lot 2, Block 2 have no voice in any proposed water or sewer project, see <br /> <br /> ll~L/~c~.istine Mur ~.
