Community Development Director Frolik stated the actions were documented knowing the case <br />would be coming forward agina. She indicated that because Staff knew it would be coming up <br />again, there was no fine. <br /> <br />Mr. Guzzo indicated he was only notified one time of a complaint. <br /> <br />Commissioner Shepherd asked if they are still saying that if the building gets into compliance he <br />can stay. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt indicated that is not what they are saying, the motion is saying that this <br />business is not compatible. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Levine, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Johnson. <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer commented that since this may be his last meeting, he wanted to take time <br />to thank the City for giving him the opportunity to serve. He stated the Planning Commission <br />has been a great group to work with, and Staff is great. He indicated that as he leaves he hopes <br />he is leaving it better than when he came: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated he hopes that is not the case, but noted it is Commissioner Watson's last <br />meeting, and he thanked him for his service. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Brauer, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None.
