City Attorney Goodrich requested that the issue be tabled for two weeks to allow him to draft <br />language that would allow for revocation of the permit without going through a lengthy process <br />within the laws. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired if it would be possible to have the conditional use permit go with the <br />person, not the land. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied that it is State Law that a conditional use permit goes with the <br />land. <br /> <br />Mayor Gmnec inquired if the applicant could agree to terminate the conditional use permit if she <br />were to sell the property. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied yes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the agreement would be valid. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied that if the applicant agrees to the terms, then it would be vali& <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik noted that the 60-day decision requirement will be up <br />on November 8. <br /> <br />Ms. Ross stated that she would agree to extending the 60 day decision rule. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to table action <br />pending attorney review, and extend the 60 day decision rule if necessary as agreed to by Ms. <br />Ross. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. The City Council approved <br />the conditional use permit in March 1998, contingent upon site plan approval. Subsequent to that <br />time, the City of Ramsey has received a request for site plan review from Concrete Masonry <br />Unlimited, Inc.
