The developer shall submit design information on communal <br /> systems (prepared by a certified designer) that verifies the site's <br /> ability to support a system that accommodates the proposed <br /> development. <br />4. The City (and other monitoring agencies) must be provided with an <br /> annual inspection report of the communal system, prepared by a <br /> certified inspector. <br />5. The HOA shall maintain a sufficient escrow for repair and/or <br /> replacement of the communal septic system. <br />6. Upon hookup to City sewer and water, the communal system must <br /> be properly abandoned according to Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> Agency standards; compliance will be verified prior to connection <br /> to City services. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> 1. The developer must notify potential purchasers of cluster lots of <br /> the possibility of future development on the remainder of the <br /> parcel. The notice must include a statement to this effect and <br /> include a copy of the Urban Development Plan required under (c) <br /> of this section. A copy of this notice shall be delivered to the City. <br /> 2. The developer shall obtain a signed acknowledgement from the <br /> purchaser stating that the purchaser has reviewed the future <br /> development notice, and understands that the remnant parcel may <br /> be developed in the future. <br /> 3. No development of the outlots can occur until City sewer and <br /> water are available to the property. <br /> <br /> <br />
