CITY OF RAMSEY CONTRACT FOR RECYCLING SERVICES CONTRACT made as of , 1988, between Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("city"), Management of Minnesota, Inc., a Minnesota corpora~ Naples Street N.E., Blaine, Minnesota 55434 ("Contract The city and the Contractor agree as follows: 1. "CONTAINERS" means the plastic receptacl s in which recyclable materials can be stored and later placed at curbside for collection as specified by th~ city. "PILOT PROJECT AREAS" means, those ares/ Df the city where recycling collection will occur a~d which areas are as defined on attached Exhibit "B". / "RECYCLING PROJECT" means the collecting of all recyclable materials accumulated in containers at residential properties located within the neighborhood boundaries selected for the pilot recycling program as identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and the transporting of the recyclable materials to a site where they can be processed for the marketplace as determined by the Contractor. "RECYCLABLE MATERIALS" means newsprint, unsorted glass, unsorted aluminum, steel and "tin" cans; and other materials as mutually agreed upon by the City and Contractor. 2. SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED The Contractor shall collect all recyclable materials for collection in the Pilot Project Areas at least twice each month during the term of this contract. Collections shall be made on the __ and __ days of each month. The Contractor shall not be required to make regular collections on State of Minnesota legal holidays; provided, however, that collection shall occur on the routes reasonably in advance thereof or thereafter in the opinion of the city Administrator so that the
