110.014 Limitation of Operations: <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles may be operated only in <br />the following locations within the City: <br /> <br />On the operator's property subject to the provisions of <br />this chapter. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />On privately owned property if the operator has in <br />possession written permission from the property owner; <br />or, on privately owned property if the property owner <br />has posted a clearly visible notice indicating "Snow- <br />mobiles Allowed" or "All-Terrain Vehicles Allowed" or <br />words substantially similar. <br /> <br />On public trails specifically designated by Council <br />resolution or on lakes which are subject to the <br />jurisdiction of the City. <br /> <br />de <br /> <br />On trunk highways, county state aid roads or county <br />roads as regulated by the State of Minnesota pursuant <br />to MSA 84.87, which is incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />On city streets only when the such operation is <br />transitory in nature only, and then only between the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />fe <br /> <br />At those times when snowmobiles are permitted to be on <br />City streets as described in Paragraph e. above, riders <br />may ride on improved city streets in the most right- <br />hand lane then available for traffic or as close as <br />practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the <br />improved roadway, except when overtaking and passing <br />another vehicle stopped in that lane or proceeding in <br />the same direction. <br /> <br />No snowmobiles or all-terrain vehicles may be operated any <br />where within the City: <br /> <br />On streets as permitted by this section at a speed <br />greater than the posted speed limit, or 30 miles per <br />hour, whichever is lower. <br /> <br />In a manner as to create a loud unnecessary or unusual <br />noise which disturbs, annoys or interferes. <br /> <br />110.015 City and State Traffic Ordinances. <br /> <br />City and State laws shall apply to the operation of <br />snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles upon streets and <br />highways in the City. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
