REQUEST FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION; CASE OF HR. ART BULOW <br /> By: Acting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br /> <br />CASE ~5: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. ~t Bulow is proposing a subdivision of the property located south of <br />Hwy. ~10 N.W. and east of the proposed extension of Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. <br />The subject property is one lot of record that was split in two by the <br />extension of Front Street. Mr. Bulow is proposing a minor subdivision to <br />create cne lot north of Front Street and split the property south of Front <br />Street into two lots. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Approval of the minor subdivision would have to be contingent upon DNR and <br />EQB approval of Ramsey's proposed amendment to the Critical River Corridor <br />Ordinance.
