Cedar Hills is a proposed 54.6 acre development consisting of <br /> 123 single family lots. <br /> <br />Per our letter of October 24, 1988 and subsequent action of the <br />Parks Commission, the area proposed for a park development in <br />Oulot A is unacceptable as the Parks Commission will not accept <br />wetland areas for park dedication. <br /> <br />3. The utility and drainage easements for the individual lots must <br /> be shown on the final plans. <br /> <br />4. We have several areas of concern in regard to the proposed storm <br /> drainage plan: <br /> <br />The storm sewer from Block 3 should be extended to the <br />wetlands or proposed grading should be shown which would <br />channel the runoff in to the wetlands. <br /> <br />Additional information is required regarding the final <br />disposal of runoff from 144th Lane and 143rd Lane as <br />well as runoff from the east end of 143rd Avenue North. <br /> <br />Runoff from the development will contribute water to Magnesium <br />Pond.
