CASE #6: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF M & J CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION <br /> By: Acting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />M & J Concrete Construction is requesting site plan review of their <br />proposed facility on Ferret Street NoW. The lot is approximately 4.3 acres <br />in size and is zoned R-1 Rural Industrial. The proposed facility will be <br />approximately 4200 square feet i~ size. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Site plan <br />d) Lot survey <br />e) Drainage plan <br />f) Building elevations <br />g) Floor plan <br />h) Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Hakanson Anderson has reviewed the site plan.
