PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF KAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, September <br />13, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Dave Bawden <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />A:ting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />George Pepek - 8240 l$Sth Avenue N.W. - Mr. Pepek stated that he is present <br />on behalf of the Ramsey Snow Rams Snowmobile Club and noted that there is a <br />snowmobile ordinance on the agenda for adoption; that the snowmobile club <br />was supposed to have been involved in the writing of that ordinance; the <br />snowmobile club has not had a chance for input into that ordinance. <br /> <br />}~yor Reimanu replied that there may be some discussion of the ordinance, <br />but Council will not take action to adopt it this evening. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> Case ~lSA: Request for temporary 3.2 beer license; Case of <br /> Ramsey Lions. <br /> <br />Case ~lSB: Status of Outlot A, Countryside Estates. <br /> <br />Case ~15C: Attendance at Planning and Zoning Commission meetings. <br /> <br />Case #lSD: Lapel pins, T-shirts and hats for Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
