Improvement <br />Pro~ects ~88-4. ~88-5. ~$8-6. ~88-7. and ~88-$. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt resolutions 488-147, 488-148, 488-149. 488-150, and ~88-151 adopting <br />assessments for the following Sealcoatlng Improvement Projects: <br /> <br />~88-4 <br />488-5 <br />~88-6 <br />~88-7 <br />~88-8 <br /> <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres 1st and 2nd Additions. <br />Bowers Mississippi Acres 1st, 2nd and 3rd Additions. <br />157th Lane Northwest <br />Deerwood Addition <br />Shady Lawn Estates and Zirconium Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Pearson, DeLuca and Bawden. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~9: <br /> <br />A~Dpt ordinance amendln? Section t70.063 of the City <br /> Code re~ardin? Dark dedication reeu{rements. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the'proposed amendment to the park dedication <br />ordinance deletes that reference which states that the City Assessor will <br />determine the fair market value. Councilmember Sorteberg stated that in <br />his opinion, the ordinance would be too broad in that it does not spell out <br />who will determine the fair market value when determining park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto noted that the ordinance would still require developers to <br />contribute 101 of fair market value; the ordinance amendment is just <br />deleting reference to the City Assessor's records in determining fair <br />market value. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Mayor Reimann to adopt <br />ordinance #88-15 amending park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Mo=ion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca and <br />Sorteberg.
