Voting ~o: ~one. <br /> <br /> Council proceeded to review the proposed conditional use permit and the <br /> possibility of placing a time limit on it. Mr. Goodrich stated that State <br /> law prohibits placing time limits on conditional use permits unless there <br /> is a good reason for doing so.
