Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Bawden So <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0231 relating to Riverview Estates, amended as <br />follows: ' <br /> <br />Add Item #22 to indicate that on October 25, 1988, the City Council <br />recommended that park dedication consist of: a) a cash payment in <br />accordance with the park dedication requirements in effect at the time <br />of subdivision application; b) dedicating an additional 3 feet of <br />right-of-way adjacent to the existing Front Street right-of-way; <br />c) constructing an 8 foot wide bituminous trail the length of the <br />property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />require the following to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat <br />of Riverview Estates: <br /> <br />a) a cash payment in accordance with the park dedication requirements <br /> in effect at the time of subdivision application; <br />b) dedicating an additional 3 feet of right-of-way adjacent to the <br /> existing Front Street right-of-way; <br />c) constructing an 8 foot wide bituminous trail the length of the <br /> property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bewden and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve the request for preliminary plat approval of Riverview Estates <br />contingent upon EQB and DNR approval of Ramsey's proposed amendment to the <br />Critical River Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden.
