PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT KHONDA WILLIAMS/PHILIP SWIGGUM 17450 BAUGH STREET N.W. On , 198_, a conditional use permit was issued to Rhonda Williams and Philip Swiggum to maintain a horse hobby farm at 17450 Baugh Street N.W., which property is legally described as follows: The east 439 feet of the north 200 feet of the south 1233 feet of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, said distances being measured parallel with the east and south lines of the southwest quarter of said Section 6 (subject to an easement for road purposes over the east 33 feet thereof). -and- The north 200 feet of the sou~h 1233 fee~ of ~he-west 439 feet of the east 878 feet of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, in Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured along the south and east lines of said southeast quarter of the southwest quarter. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are c~mplied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: i) The two continguous parcels continue to be maintained as one parcel with no residential dwelling be constructed on the second parcel. 2) At no time shall there be more than six (6) horses maintained on the premises. 3) The barn, pasture and riding arena shall be maintained in a sanitary condition. 4) Any rea$omable complaints fr~m adjacent properties regarding the maintenance of the horses shall be cause for review by the City and Horse Council of this permit. If the complaints cannot be resolved, this permit may be revoked as specified in Section 170.013E of the Ramsey City Code. 5) 6)
