PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />KHONDA WILLIAMS/PHILIP SWIGGUM <br />17450 BAUGH STREET N.W. <br /> <br />On , 198_, a conditional use permit was issued to <br />Rhonda Williams and Philip Swiggum to maintain a horse hobby farm at 17450 <br />Baugh Street N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> The east 439 feet of the north 200 feet of the south 1233 feet <br /> of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 6, <br /> Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, said distances <br /> being measured parallel with the east and south lines of the <br /> southwest quarter of said Section 6 (subject to an easement for <br /> road purposes over the east 33 feet thereof). <br /> <br /> -and- <br /> The north 200 feet of the sou~h 1233 fee~ of ~he-west 439 feet of <br /> the east 878 feet of the southeast quarter of the southwest <br /> quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, in Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, as measured along the south and east lines of said <br /> southeast quarter of the southwest quarter. <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are c~mplied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br /> i) The two continguous parcels continue to be maintained as one <br /> parcel with no residential dwelling be constructed on the second <br /> parcel. <br /> <br /> 2) At no time shall there be more than six (6) horses maintained on <br /> the premises. <br /> <br /> 3) The barn, pasture and riding arena shall be maintained in a <br /> sanitary condition. <br /> <br /> 4) Any rea$omable complaints fr~m adjacent properties regarding the <br /> maintenance of the horses shall be cause for review by the City <br /> and Horse Council of this permit. If the complaints cannot be <br /> resolved, this permit may be revoked as specified in Section <br /> 170.013E of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br /> <br />
