the applicant shall be required to make certain that all necessary <br />repairs are made to the parking lot, including striping, to the extent <br />that all of the parking lot surface is to have a bituminous surface. <br />Said repairs shall be completed by June 1, 1989. <br /> <br />Item 69 of the development permit shall be amended to indicate that <br />the applicant shall provide the City with copies of bids for the <br />parking lot repairs and with financial security equal to 150% of the <br />cost of repairing the parking lot. The extent of repairs shall be <br />satisfactory to the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Neimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~ Recuest for ~ite vtan avvroval: case of Great <br /> <br />Mr Otto stated that Great Plains Gas is requesting site plan approval of <br />their proposed 40' x 60' metal accessory structure t~ be constructed on <br />their site at 7411 Highway l0 Northwest. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve the site plan for an accessory structure at Great Plains Gas. <br /> <br />Motion carried. D~v{d Schulte~ <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that Mr. David Schulte is requesting a conditional use <br />permit to grade and excavate 100,000 cubic yards of soils from Lots 6, 7, $, <br />9, and 10 of Block 1, in 0akwood Hills. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0225 relating to Mr. Schulte's request for a <br />conditional use permit to grade and excavate soils from the plat of Oakwood <br />Hills. Further, that the following amendments shall be made to the <br />findings of fact: <br /> <br />Item ¢6 should indicate that the applicant is proposing to excavate <br />materials in the process of development of the plat rather than in the <br />process of constructing Xenon Street. <br /> <br />Item #12 should indicate that the applicant has stated that the <br />proposed excavation will generate a maximum of 200 trucks hauling <br /> City Council / September ~7, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 12 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
