NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCEP. N: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 27, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Holiday Stationstores, Inc.'s request for a variance from Sectlou 170.14 of the Ramsey City Code to construct a business identification sign in excess cf the 100 square foot maximum on the property at 7167 Hwy. %10 N.W. This property is legally described as foll~s: All that par~ of the west 31 rods of ~he southwest quarter of =be southwest quarter of Section 27-32-25 Anoka County, Minnesota, described as roll.s: C~mencin~ at the intersection of the wes~ line thereof and the southerly rlgbt-of-way llne of the Great Northern Railway, then south along said west line thereof to it's intersection with the northerly route of U.S. H~. 410 a distance of 299.65 feet, then north in a straight line ~o a point on the southerly rlgbt-of-way line of said Great Northern Railway a distance of 297.57 feet southeasterly' from the west line of said southwest quarter of southwest quarter as measured along said southerly right-of-way llne, then northwesterly along said southerly right-of-way line a distance of 29?.5? feet to the point of beginning - subject to an easement for road purposes over the west 33 feet thereof, also that part of the west 31 rods of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 27-32-25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: commencing at a point on the west line thereof a distance of 335.53 feet south from the northwest corner thereof as measured along said west line, then south along said west line a distanoe of 335.51 feet more or less to its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line of Northern Pacific Railway, then southeasterly along said northerly right-of-way line to its intersection with the east line of said west 31 rods, then north along said east line thereof a distance of 448.92 feet more or less to a point on said east line thereof a distance of 448.92 feet south from the northeast corner of said west 31 rods as measured along said east line thereof, then northwesterly in a straight line to the point of beginning, subject to an easement for road purposes over the west 33 feet thereof - EX #6310.
