PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT <br />HOLIDAY STATIONSTORE$, INC. <br /> <br />I. That Holiday Statlonstores, Inc., hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Applicant", has properly applied for a Board of Adjustment Variance <br /> from Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code in order to construct a <br /> business identification sign in excess of 100 square feet. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicants appeared before the lLamsey Board of Adjustment for <br /> a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013G of the City Code on <br /> October 27, 1988 and that said public hearing was properly advertised <br /> and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated aa <br /> a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is generally kn~.n as 7167 Hwy. 110 N.W. and <br /> is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> All that part of the west 31 rods of the southwest quarter of the <br /> southwest quarter of Section 27-32-25 Anoka County, Hinnesota, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the west <br /> llne thereof and the southerly right-of-way line of the Great Northern <br /> Railway, then south along said west line thereof to it's intersection <br /> with the northerly route of U.S. Hwy. #10 a distance of 299.65 feet, <br /> then north in a straight line to a point on the southerly right-of-way <br /> <br />® <br /> <br />line of said Great Northern Railway a distance of 297.57 feet <br />southeasterly from the west llne of said southwest quarter of <br /> <br /> southwest quarter as measured along said southerly right-of-way line, <br /> then northwesterly along said southerly right-of-way line a distance <br /> of 297.57 feet to the point of beginning - subject to an easement for <br /> road purposes over the west 33 feet thereof, also that part of the <br /> west 31 rods of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of <br /> Section 27-32-25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> commencing at a point on the west line thereof a distance of 335.53 <br /> feet south from the northwest corner thereof as measured along said <br /> west line, then south along said west line a distance of 335.51 feet <br /> more or less to its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line <br /> of Northern Pacific Railway, then southeasterly along said northerly <br /> right-of-way line to its intersection with the east line of said west <br /> 31 rods, then north along said east line thereof a distance of 448.92 <br /> feet more or less to a point on said east line thereof a distance of <br /> 448.92 feet south from the northeast corner of said west 31 rods as <br /> measured along said east line thereof, then northwesterly in a <br /> straight line to the point of beginning, subject to au easement for <br /> road purposes over the west 33 feet thereof - EX ~6310. <br />That the subject property is located in the B-1 Business District and <br />and is approximately 1.5 acres in size. <br /> <br />That Section 170.05 of the Ransey City Code limits the size of business <br />identification signs to 100 square feet. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is requesting a variance to construct a 131.3 square <br />foot business identification sign. <br /> <br /> <br />
