(Refer to findings of fact file for <br />Findings of Fact 0221). <br /> <br />That the residence on the property to the northwest is located <br />approximately 91 feet from the Rum River and the residence on the <br />property to the southeast is located approximately 99 feet from <br />the Rum River. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Zimmerman <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend <br />Item ~3 of the proposed variance to read as follows: <br /> <br />3. That all existing vegetation from a point 30 feet beyond the home <br /> to the Rum River shoreline shall be maintained. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Howell <br />and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve <br />Mr. Gary Munkholm's request for a variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Howell <br />and Zi=merman. <br /> <br />BO.~RD INPUT <br /> <br />C~issioner Holm referred to the City A~ministrator's let:er to commission <br />chairmans regarding meeting attendance and noted that he volunteered for a <br />commission that met once a month; now there are almost two meetings <br />scheduled per week.
