PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PEP, HIT <br /> DAVID SCHULTE <br /> <br />On __, 198_, a conditional use permit was issued to David Schulte <br />for excavating materials in teh R-1R Rural Residential district on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1, 0akwood Hills, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.017M of the <br />Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration <br />so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions <br />of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />A phasing plan and restoration plan shall be provided and followed <br />to minimize wind and water erosion on the site and which plan <br />shall not allow for more than five acres to be exposed at any one <br />time. Said plans are attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />Exhibit A. Restoration as used herein shall be defined as meaning <br />grading and top soil replacement and grass seeding such that turf <br />is established which will prevent water and wind erosion. Weather <br />permitting, the restoration scheduled proposed in the permit <br />application shall be observed. <br /> <br />2. All final slopes shall be less than five feet horizontal to one <br /> foot vertical (5:1). <br /> <br />Ail grading and excavating shall be limited to a grading and <br />excavating plan approved by the City Engineer and on file with the <br />City. Subcut below final proposed grade shall be made only for <br />the purpose of soil correction and minor adjustment of subgrade <br />prior to application of the topsoil layer to final proposed grade. <br /> <br />4. The site shall be properly safeguarded to prevent the general <br /> public from depositing garbage or other refuse in the site. <br /> <br />5. Ail structures that are not being used shall be removed from the <br /> .site. <br /> <br />Existing tree and ground cover shall be preserved to the extent <br />feasible, maintained and supplemented by selective cutting, <br />transplating and replanting of trees, shrubs and other ground <br />cover along all set back areas. <br /> <br />7. No excavation or digging shall be made beyond the limits for <br /> which this permit is granted. <br /> <br />8. The hours of the excavation operation shall be limited to the <br /> following: <br /> <br />7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, no operation on <br />Sundays. <br /> <br />9. No hauling shall be allowed on residential streets. 0nly State, <br /> County, or Municipal State Aid Stretes constructed to 9 ton <br /> <br /> <br />
