PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> ROKALD RANSON <br /> 14820 ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MN 55303 <br /> <br />On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. <br />Ronald MansOn to operate a firewood sales business and store a second <br />commercial vehicle on his property at 14820 St. Francis Blvd. N.W., which <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> That part of the east one-half of the northwest quarter of <br /> Section 25, Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: <br /> Commencing at a point on the centerline of the Anoka and St. <br /> Francis road, also known as State Trunk Highway No. 47 and No. 56 <br /> as same extends through said east one-half in a northerly and <br /> southerly direction which part is 1083 feet north of south line <br /> of said east one-half measuring along centerline of said road, <br /> then west parallel to south line of said east one-half to west <br /> line of said east one-half, then north along said west line 1057 <br /> feet, then east parallel with said south line to a point 175 feet <br /> west of westerly right-of-way line of said road, said point being <br /> the actual point of beginning, then deflecting to left 102 <br /> degrees 00 minutes parallel with said right-of-way line 102.23 <br /> feet, then east parallel with said south line 175 feet to said <br /> right-of-way line, then southeasterly along said right-of-way <br /> line 102.23 feet, then west parallel with said south line 175 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City <br /> Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as <br /> the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br /> permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the holder of this permit shall deliver any and all wood that is <br /> sold. <br /> <br />2. That any wood kept at 14820 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. shall be neatly <br /> stacked to the rear of the principal dwelling. <br /> <br />3. That the Applicant <br /> premises. <br /> <br />4. That the Applicant <br /> related vehicle at <br /> <br />shall at no time keep any diseased firewood at his <br /> <br />shall at no time keep more than one firewood sales <br />his residence. <br /> <br />That the 2-1/2 ton dump truck shall only be stored in the accessory <br />structure on the property and no exterior business activity related to <br />the dump truck shall be permitted on the property. <br /> <br />6. That employees cf the firewood sales and part-time dump truck <br /> businesses shall be restricted to immediately family members only. <br /> <br />7. An advertising sign shall/shall not be allowed on the subject property. <br /> <br />That the City reserves the right to inspect the premises at any <br />reasonable time should it receive any complaints or suspect any <br />violations to this conditional use permit agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
