10. That the proposed firewood sales business will not substantially <br /> adversely impair the use, enjo)~ent or market value of any surrounding <br /> property. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will/will not be harmonious with and in <br /> accordance with the specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed firewood sales business will be designed, <br /> constructed and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended <br /> character of the R-iR Residential District. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed firewood sales business will not change the essential <br /> character of the R-iR Residential District. <br /> <br /> 14. That the proposed firewood sales business will not be disturbing to <br /> existing or future neighboring properties. <br /> <br /> 15. That the Applicant has stated that the firewood sales business involves <br /> one 1-ton pickup. <br /> <br /> 18. That the Applicant is requesting to also store a 2-1/2 ton dump truck <br /> on the subject property. <br /> <br /> 19.
