Commencement of Work. No excavation, landfill expansion or ski hill <br />development work shall commence until all conditions of this permit <br />have been complied with. <br /> <br />Grading Plan. All grading and excavating Shall be limited to a <br />grading and excavating plan approved by the city Engineer and on file <br />with the city. ~q~MI shall submit a revised grading plan illustrating <br />a final elevation no higher than 1020' MSL. <br /> <br />Airspace Review. W~MI shall submit a notice of proposed construction <br />to t~e Federal Aviation Administration and shall comply with any <br />limitations, restrictions, obstruction lighting, or operational <br />controls to assure that the landfill operations minimize hazards to <br />air navigation. <br /> <br />The site shall be properly safeguarded to prevent the general public <br />from depositing garbage or other refuse in the site. <br /> <br />Limit of Borrow Excavation. Grading within the borrow areas shall <br />maintain a minimum depth of 6' above the water table. <br /> <br />Road Grading. Grading of the road right-of-way shall be done in <br />accordance with a plan approved by the City Engineer and on file with <br />the city. Subcut below final proposed grade shall be made only for <br />the purpose of soil correction and minor adjustment of subgrade prior <br />to application of the topsoil layer tQ final proposed grade. <br /> <br />Right-of-Way Dedication/Environmental Permit. WMMI shall dedicate an <br />80' right-of-way for road, drainage and utilities as generally shown <br />in their submittal plans. The actual alignment shall be subject to <br />approval by the City Engineer. .WF~_~! shall coordinate the final <br />alignmnet and grades with the City Engineer to minimize impacts on <br />wetlands. Should an environmental pe-~.~it be re.~uired as a result of <br />the final roadway alignment, the same is granted herein as part cf the <br />conditional use pea. it. <br /> <br />StockDi!ed Materials. Stockpiled cover material shall be stored at a <br />height of not greater than l0 feet with adequate erosion, sedimenta- <br />tion, and dust control measures in place to assure that there is no <br />pollution cf any water bo~y er ~a~er course, health hazard or <br />nuisance. <br /> <br />Cover Vegetation. Rec!aime~ fill or borro~ areas shall be sodded cr <br />surfaced ~ith soil of a quality as ~ou!d be conducive to good turf <br />es~ab!ishment. Such re~aire~ ~opsoi! shall be planted with !e~umes <br />and grasses. Such p!antin~ shall ade~ate!y retard soil erosion. <br />Wee~s and any other unsi~kt!y cr nc×ious vegetation shall be cut or <br />trir~med as may be necessary to preser~'e a reasonably nea~ appearance <br />and to prevent see~ng cn a~jcining property. <br /> <br /> <br />
