Charges and Fees. Wq~MI agrees to pay to the City upon the issuance of this permit a fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for engineering, legal and administrative expenses incurred during the consideration and development of this'Conditional Use Permit. WMMI shall reimburse the City for all administrative and consultant fees incurred by the City in connection with inspection of landfill operation, administration of this Permit, testing evaluation and all other such expenses incurred by the City in connection with the landfill operation. Payment in Lieu of Taxes. ~9{I shall enter into an agreement with the City reqnairing an annual fee payment to the City following closure of the Landfill Site of an amount equivalent to the difference between the actual amount of property tax assessed on the landfill and the amount which would be assessed for the same property if classed as vacant, platted industrial land with streets but no utilities. Insurance. WMMI shall secure and maintain insurance from an insurance company acceptable to the City and authorized to write casualty insurance in the State of Minnesota which will protect W~MI, its agents and employees and the City from claims for bodily injury, death or property damage which may arise from the operations on the Landfill Site. ~fMI shall file a certificate of insurance or a certified copy of the insurance policy with the City. Such insurance policy shall contain a clause providing that it shall not be cancelled by the insurance company without thirty (30) days' ~'~' w.~en notice to the City of intention to cancel. The following coverages shall be provided in amounts not less than those specified: Public liability, general liability, loading and unloading, completed operations, explosion, collapse, underground operations, personal injury and property damage: (!) injury or death of one person - $1,000,000. (2) injury to more than one person in a single accident - $2,000,000. (3) Prcper~y damage $500,000 for any one occurrence and in unencumbered aggregate. b.
