Indemnity. WM~I shall indemnify, defend and hold the City harmless <br />from all claims, demands, and/or actions legal and/or equitable <br />arising from the operations on the landfill site. <br /> <br />Documents and Maps. Copies of all documents and plans which are <br />required to be supplied to the MPCA or the Anoka County shall also be <br />supplied concurrently to the city at no cost to the city. <br /> <br />Anoka County Agreement Required. This permit shall not become valid <br />until such time that Anoka County enters into an agreement with the <br />city of Ramsey substantially as outlined in the attached draft <br />agreement (Attachment A) pertaining to long-term liability. <br />shall use its best efforts to assist the City with entering into such <br />an agreement with Anoka County.
