2.5 Post-Closure Monitoring~ Testing & Maintenance: In the <br /> <br />event WP[MI or its successors fail for any reason to fulfill any <br /> <br />duties and responsibilities lawfully imposed on the operation of <br /> <br />Landfill by the PCA or the COUNTY, the COUNTY shall perform in <br /> <br />place of WMMI.
