Either party may designate a different addressee at any time by giving

<br /> 3.7 The obligations imposed by this Agreement shall apply to any
<br />Release or threatened Release of Hazardous Substances, Pollutants or
<br />Contaminants from the Landfill, without regard to whether such Hazar-
<br />dous Substances, Pollutants or Contaminants were deposited at the
<br />Landfill prior to, during or following operation of the Landfill by
<br />
<br />WF2~I.

<br />
<br />For purposes of this Agreement, the following te~-ms shall
<br />
<br />have the following meanings given them:
<br />
<br /> 3.8.1 ,'Hazardous Substance" means: Any commercial chemical
<br />designated pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, under
<br />33 U.S.C. Section 1321(b)(2) (A); or any hazardous air pollutant listed
<br />pursuant to the Clean Air Act under 42 U.S.C. Section 7412; or any PCB
<br />as defined in Minn. Stat. Section 116.36; or any hazardous waste as
<br />defined in Minn. Stat. Section 116.06, Subdivision 13, and any
<br />substance identified as a hazardous waste pursuant to rules adopted by
<br />the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency under Section 116.07; or any
<br />hazardous waste as defined in the Resource Conservation and Recovery
<br />Act, under 42 U.S.C. Section 6903, ~hich is listed or has the
