PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT BLADHOLM BROS. DEMOLITION LANDFILL That Bladholm Bros. hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a conditional use permit for a demolition landfill. That the applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.05 of the city Code on September 8, 1988 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part of these findings by reference. 3. That the subject property is legally described as: "Part of Lot 3, Aud. Sub. No. 3 and Lot 1, Aud. Sub. No. 31 on (parcels I & II) in Sec. 34, T32N, R25W; and part of S1/2 SW1/4 and El/2 SE1/4 SE1/4 (parcels III & IV) Sec. 27, T32N, R25W". That the subject property is located in the I-l, Industrial District and is approximately 58.9 acres in size. That the applicant is seeking a CUP to landfill an estimated 45,000 cubic yards of waste concrete from past, current and future product manufacturing within a 13.3 acre site. That the applicant further will remove approximately 25,400 cubic yards of sandy soils from the proposed landfill cells and a 1.6 acre 5' deep percolation pond. That the net excess sandy material will be used for construction and fill on the remainder of the B!adholm property. That the applicant has submitted supporting documentation entitled, "SuPPort Information for Application for Conditional Use, Grading, Mini~ and Filling Permits for Opera~ion of an industrial ~aste Landfill, Bladholm Property, Ramsey, Anoka Co., Minnesota" (Report No. 8803) together with plans as follows: Title Date Map !
