Ail a residential zoned parcel. <br /> <br />Has had several inquiries but price is limiting factor. Doesn't have <br />many comparables to check against. Landfill does not appear to have <br />an influence on ability to market. They view landfill as a potential amenity after closure with <br />end use as open space if landfill is to be closed in 1996~ If it was <br />to remain in operation 15-20 years, then may negatively influence <br />decision. Wells drinking water probably n~Ber one concern. <br /> <br />He is su.--prised that landfill not a bigger problem that what it <br />appears ~o be. <br /> <br /> <br />
