close to the river. I still am concerned about so many houses being so close <br />to the river and having them sharing a septic system. Who is going to <br />monitor the septic systems and make sure they are maintained? Would it not <br />be better to leave this area 4 houses in 40 acres till the sewer and water could <br />be put in? May be the lots should be bigger (2 and ½ acres each) and let <br />each house hold have there own well and septic systems. Is there going to <br />be a problem finding enough water for so many households when they are <br />close together? <br /> <br /> There is not a lot of park area for the children to play in.
