Create new templates and email lists with the list serve management software <br /> that will give more information and are more interactive with residents. <br /> 3. Continue working with the web link portion of the document imaging system <br /> and it interacts with the web site. Consider adding scanning capabilities to <br /> more departments. <br /> <br /> 6. Research current software inventories and make adjustments as necessary to <br /> insure compliancy. <br /> <br /> 8. Replace outdated pc's and printers throughout the city as needed. <br /> 9. Research new park maintenance sof~:ware or system to help manage parks, <br /> fields and work schedules. <br /> 10. Upgrade all Office software to latest versions and service packs. <br /> 11. Order and install new servers and networking hardware for the new <br /> municipal center. Move Microsoft Exchange (emaiO to a new server. <br /> 12. Workwith Community Development to bring in GIS services from LOGIS. <br /> 13. Integrate LOGIS GIS capabilities with the web site (i.e. adding interactive <br /> maps, etc...) <br /> 14. Upgrade the Imaging System to newest version. This includes police and city <br /> hall. <br /> 15. Re-design the city web site so that it is easier for staff to update and make <br /> changes.
