ORDINANCE NO. 06-02 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated, to wit: <br /> <br /> The .westerly 5 foot drainage and 'utility easement along the westerly property line <br />between Lots 9 and 10 of Block 1, Highlands at River Park 4th Addition, and <br /> <br /> The easterly 5 foot drainage and Utitliy easement along the easterly property line between <br />Lot 9 and 10 of Block 1, Highlands at River Park ~th Addition. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
