The Meadow: Final Plat Review <br />February 22,. 2006 <br />5of5 <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fee: Sewer and Water Tnmk Fees must be paid for the new lots prior <br />to the release of the final plat for recording. The current rate is $3,0962 per un/t; the rote in effect <br />at the time of final plat approval will be collected. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for all new lots <br />being created. The current rate is $397 per unit; the rote in effect at the time of final plat approval <br />must be paid prior to the City's release of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for final <br />plat and final site plan approval.
