Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MEADOW
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GM Land Company, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly
<br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey:
<br />
<br />Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition, according to the recorded
<br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br />
<br />Together with:

<br />Lot 2, Block 1, Holaseks Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County,
