During the design phase, there were several items that <br />required additional time, such as the numerous public meetings and presentations, updating the Ditch 66 <br />Report, including flood modeling, trial design, coordination with adjacent developers, etc. In the end, the <br />complexity associated with the aforementioned project items led to spending additional staff hours above <br />the anticipated in our design services proposal.
