PREAMBLE <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby adopts the following Chapter 170.07, <br /> <br />to be known as the City's "Scenic Rivers Ordinance". This ordinance is, <br />however, being adopted with much reservation by the City Council and it is <br />being adopted only because of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br />mandate. The City Council finds that this ordinance is a duplication of <br />other City Ordinances, that it will create additional administrative staff <br />time and that it is not necessarily in the best interests of the residents <br />of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
