170.0711.82 In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of this <br /> ordinance, Ramsey or the Commissioner of Natural Resources, <br /> in addition to other remedies, may institute appropriate <br /> actions or proceedings to prevent, restrain, or abate such <br /> violations or threatened violations. <br /> <br />170.0711.83 Any taxpayer or taxpayers of Rsmsey may institute mandsmas <br /> proceedings in the District Court to compel specific per- <br /> formance by the proper official or officials of any duty <br /> required by this ordinance. <br /> <br />170.0712 EFFECTUATION <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage, approval, and publication as provided <br /> by law. <br /> <br />-21- <br /> <br /> <br />
