I would request that formal <br />approval of those two items as well as waiving the ~equlrement <br />for a sprinkler system until City water is available.be made <br />by the City Council. <br />Attached please find a copy of my report on the structure as <br />well as the agreement drafted based on past agreements approved <br />by the City Council. Council should also take action on this ...... <br />Agreement by authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />enter into same. <br /> <br />I would further note that the contractor has complied with or <br />has shown intent of compliance on his plans on all the items of <br />code and ordinance compliance that were specified. <br /> <br />Should there be any other questions in regards to this matter, <br />I should be available at the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
