However, I do stand ready to provide to you the details of <br />our corporate organization, the structure of the proposed joint <br />powers agreement, etc. My sole objective is to assist the process <br />in any way possible so that further funds might be obtained for <br />this project. <br /> <br />As in any fund raising project, the last few dollars are much more <br />difficult to raise than the first few. We are on the home stretch, <br />but I do foresee some difficulty in closing the final gap.
