Councilmember ~ --' introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: ~.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Departmen~ of T~ansportation establishes <br />speed limits on Municipal State Aid Streets. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOT~as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is requested that the Minnesota T~ansportation Depart- <br /> ment do a traffic study on Varlolite Street (Municipal State <br /> Aid Street) here in the City of Ramsey for the purpose of <br /> establishing a safe speed limit for motorists travelling on <br /> it. <br /> <br />2) It is directed that a certified copy of this resolution <br />be Sent to Mr. R. M. Roblnson'P.E., District Traffic Engineer, <br />5801 Duluth St~eet~ Golden' Valley, Minneosta 55422. <br /> <br /> <br />
