NOTE BOARDS AND COUNCIL <br /> <br />The following were noted by the Commission: <br /> <br /> 1) ReguIar Council meeting dated June 23, 1981. <br /> <br /> 2) Special Council meeting dated June 30, 1981. <br /> <br />Commission feels it is not necessary to include the public <br />hearing minutes that do not pertain to Zoning. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer inquires the frugality of writing off fire <br />bills that are so recent. <br /> <br />D-2 PLANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />1) Application for Special Use Permit; case of Allen H. <br /> Stull and William Aydt, 14966 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />During the discussion the following information was obtained <br />from, Mr. Stull: <br /> <br /> No punch press involved in business. <br /> Not much oil involved -- no full flooding. Will <br /> not dump oil, but rather re-use it. <br />3) Business will generate less noise than body shop <br /> currently at this site. <br />4) ~11 scraps and waste will be stored inside until <br /> they are brought to Schwartzman. <br />iiNo wa~er or sewer in section of shop Stull is renting. <br />Will be using non-flamable oils. <br /> 3-Phase electrical service. <br /> Building is insulated and has a concrete floor. <br /> <br />Ammendment by Chairman Peterson regarding "Proposed Findings <br />of Fact." Item 4-b should read as follows: . <br /> <br /> That inasmuch' as there are no additional ~roposed structures <br /> should not appear to be unsightly or obnoxious. <br /> <br />Ammendment by Chairman Peterson regarding "Proposed Findings <br />of Fact." Item 5-i should read as follows: <br /> <br /> That water pollution will not be applicable. <br /> <br /> <br />
