Commissioner Deemer moves to recommend to the Hamsey <br />Council a Special Use Permit be granted to Allen H. Stull <br />to operate a machine shop at 14966 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />conditioned on the acceptance of Findings of Fact and the <br />Performance Standards as ammended and that an agreement be <br />entered into between Mr. Stull and the City stating these <br />Performance Standards be signed. Further Discussion: <br /> <br />Commissioner I~nn would like to know if there will be any <br />other employees, other than family, working in the shop. <br />Mr. Stull replied "No." <br />Commissioner I~nn recommends employee limitations and all <br />waste should be properly contained and disoosed of in <br />accordance with curren~ regulations ~o be conditions included <br />in the Performance Standard. <br /> <br />Building Official Berg stated hours of machine operation <br />should be between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer moves to amend motion~ to include conditions <br />of employee limitations and waste control. Commissioner <br />Dunn seconds original motion and amendment to motion. <br />Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioner Deemer, <br />Commissioner Zimmerman, Commissioner Ellis. Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br /> 2) Robert Muller regarding a proposed shopping <br /> center. <br /> <br />Robert Muller presented some very preliminary sketches to <br />the Commission of the proposed shopping center. Commission <br />is in favor of the shopping center. Commissioner Dunn <br />predicts three problems: <br /> <br /> ! Soils, drainage, sewer <br /> Traffic <br /> Zoning <br /> <br />Discussion closed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer makes a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Ellis to adjourn the meeting. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, <br />Commissioner Deemer, Commissioner Eimmerman, Commissioner <br />Ellis. Voting No: None.
