City of Ramsey <br /> 15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 · (612) 427-1410 <br /> <br />August 6, 1981 <br /> <br />Mr. & Mrs. Dean Kapler <br />16350 Yttrium Street N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />RE: Barking Dogs <br /> <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. Kapler: <br /> <br />We have received complaints from the residents in your area stating your <br />dogs are barking during the night and creating a nuisance. <br /> <br />This letter is to inform you that we do have a dog ordinance in the City <br />of Ramsey which states it is unlawful for any person to keep or harbor a <br />dog which habitually barks anytime during the day or night. Failure on <br />your part to comply with the ordinance is considered a misdemeanor and <br />subject to penalties thereof. I am enclosing a copy of our ordinance which <br />pertains to barking dogs and the declarations of nuisances affecting public <br />peace and safety.
