CASE #2: CASE #3: Council Action: If Council changes the above project, you will have to rescind your motion you made on July 28, 1981 adopting Resolution Ordering Improvements and Pre- paration of Plans and Specifications #81-~. You will have to adopt another resolution ordering improvements and preparation of plans and specifications. The City should try to stay away from Green Acres Law involvement because it does get involved and could be complicated inasmuch as you are deferring special assess- ment over a period of years. This will require additional staff time to maintain it. SI6NALIZATION AT INTERSECTION OF SUNFISH BLVD. N~W AND HIGHWAY #10: Enclosure (D2-b) contains resolution Council will have to adopt in regards to the signalization at intersection of Sunfish Lake Blvd. and Highway #10. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the resolution contained in the above enclosume. PURCHASING OFBINDINGMACHINE: This piece of equipment will be used for City Budget, Council and Planning and Zoning commission agendas. This is a budgeted item in ou~ 1981 City Budget under Administrator Activity 101-4020 Line Item 1506. Please refer to page 14 and i6 of the budget if you have questions on it.
