Motion by Councilmember ~ ~/9~seconded by Councilmember ~'~/W~..~ to direct City Staff to change the non-intoxicating 'liquor license fee from $30.00 to $50.00 of paragraph i30.0110 of the City license code 130.01. Reason for the above change is due to missprinting of fee when ordinance was prepared for adoption. Motion carried. Voting yes ~ . Voting no ~ Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to refund to the following businesses/individuals for the overcharging of non-intoxicating liquor license fee from 1978 through 1981, as each of the listed business establishments paid $50 for the above licenses instead of the $30 fee as stated in paragraph 130.0110 of the City Code. Voting yes Voting no CASE #10: WILD AND SCENIC RIVERORDINANCE: Enclosure (D2-h) contains the Wild and ScenicRiver O~dinance for Council review and adoption. Council at their July 28, 1981 meeting reviewed the above ordinance and requested certain language be inse~ted in it. Accordingly, the City Attorney has added the requested language. Council Action: You~ action will be to approve/disapprove of the above said ordinance. The following p~oposed motion is fu~nlshed for youm assistance in adopting the Wild and Scenic River Ordinance: ~t~%~l~C°%~l ~e~~ ~and seconded rd'approve~disapprove~ amend the adoption of the Scenic River Opdinance 80- Chapter %70.07 of the City Code (If coUnc~-I disapproves of the adoption of this ordinance, they should give dir- ection in regards to further action) Further, that the Department of Natural Resources, State of Minnesota, be so informed of its adoption.
