RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit: <br /> <br />into an <br /> <br />To install a traffic control signal with <br />street lights and signing on Trunk Highway <br />No. 10 at Sunfish Lake ~oulevard (County <br />State Aid Highway No. 51 in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions set forth and con- <br />tained in Agreement No. 60582, a copy of <br />which was before the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of <br />the City of Kamsey be and hereby are authorized to execute such- <br />agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all <br />of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />'State of Minnesota <br />County of Anoka <br /> <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br /> ! hereby certify that the f6regoing Resolution is a true <br />and correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by <br />the Council of the City of Ramsey at a duly authorized meeting <br />thereof held on the day of <br />as shown by the minutes of said meeting in my <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />possession. <br /> <br /> City <br /> <br />60582 <br /> --7-- <br /> <br />Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
