RESOLUTION #81- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRICE QUOTES RECEIVED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A BINDING <br />MACHINE AND AWARDING THE QUOTE TO THE LOWEST/BEST PRICE QUOTE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to call for price quotes for the purchase of a <br />bindin~ machine, the following price quotes were received by the City of <br /> <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Bidder Make/Model Price Quote <br /> <br /> General Binding Corp. 45OKM Combo $495.00 <br /> Acro-Minnesota, Inc. 450KM Combo $625.50 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that General Bindign Corporation had <br />the lowest price quote. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council accepted the price quote of General Binding <br />Corporation for the binding machine model 450KM Combo in the amount of <br />$495.00 which was the lowest price quote. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Council directed the City Administrator/Clerk to <br />inform all who submitted price quotes of their action. <br /> <br /> <br />
